Returns & Refunds
Our returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 working days.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
Courier and return shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of faulty items.
Exchanges
